The Royal 10ft x 8ft (3.07m x 2.28m) Ultimate Double Storey Play Den Playhouse will open up a host of engaging play possibilities for your children. It is sure to impress and entertain with three separate play areas including a cosy upstairs bunk area, which is accessed by a sturdy timber ladder.

This playhouse looks very realistic with charming features such as a stable door, window shutter and flower boxes. It is very robust and sturdy boasting 19mm thick tongue and groove cladding and a solid sheet floor and roof. The roof is supplied with protecting mineral felt to help keep the building in better condition and free from damp.

Safety is a consideration in this design so the playhouse includes five fixed windows glazed with styrene plus a magnetic safety catch on the door.
