It features strong 12mm shiplap tongue and groove walls and an OSB roof and floor, for a straightforward installation. The apex roof of the Shire Shire 5ft x 5ft (1.5m x 1m) Kitty Shiplap Playhouse is protected by roof felt as is the decorative canopy which shields the veranda.

It features one opening Perspex window and a single door, which has been fitted with a piano hinge for added safety. This eye-catching playhouse comes treated inside and out with a honey brown undercoat and a fixing kit. This building will require a topcoat after it has been installed.
