For the full 10 year anti-rot guarantee to apply, you will need to treat your building with a high quality, spirit-based preservative when you construct it, and reapply as necessary.

The Winchester 5ft x 5ft (1.49m x 1.50m) Tulip Playhouse comes with a 10 year anti-rot guarantee. To qualify for the Winchester 10 year anti-rot guarantee, it is necessary that you treat the garden building with a high quality preservative shortly after construction.
Shiplap tongue and groove

We bought this playhouse for our 3 year old daughter who has played in it every day since it arrived, so she is a happy customer! It was delivered extremely quickly by a very pleasant delivery driver. Relatively simple to put together and assembly took about 5 hours without rushing. We had to improvise on the construction a bit and also had to use some different screws from those supplied as they didnt seem to be strong enough pull the sides in together. Also the felt tacks required to secure the roof felt were missing from the order, but luckily we have a hardware store down the road so was able to pop out and grab some mid-construction! Overall the finished article is good for the price, perhaps some kind of bolting system would be better than screws though?

I bought this house for my two children and its good value for money,my husband and I put it together and it took us most of a day but wasnt too difficult.There are a couple of errors though like there is a small gap around the door and the door handle is different to the one shown and it needed a little light sanding in places. But compared to how much some playhouses cost, for the size of this one its worth fixing the little errors yourself. Im thrilled with it and it makes me smile everytime I look out of the window.
