The Winchester 7ft x 7ft (2.11m x 2.10m) Dutch Barn Playhouse provides a spacious and attractive play area for children. The picturesque Dutch barn design includes traditional features such as window shutters and a split stable door. This playhouse also includes a ladder leading to an internal balcony creating a more imaginative and interactive play centre. The structure is strong and durable with shiplap tongue and groove cladding around a sturdy 27mm x 45mm frame and solid sheet roofing and flooring.

The roof is covered with mineral felt to offer protection from the weather and the FSC timber is treated with factory basecoat ready for a topcoat after installation. The fixed windows are glazed with environmentally friendly styrene which is a safer alternative to glass as it does not shatter.
